WHO WE ARE

Asbury Elementary School is located on Sterrettania Road on a common campus with Walnut Creek Middle School. Built in 2004, Asbury houses grades K-5 with approximately 550 students. Our school team provides a rigorous world-class education for all Asbury students. Our students receive instruction in English Language Arts, Writing, Math, Science, Social Studies, Physical Education, Music, and Art. Our school support teams provide multi-tiered interventions that focus on meeting the academic, social, behavioral, and emotional needs of our students.

Asbury’s school culture is supported by our School-wide Positive Behavioral Interventions and Support team. This program focuses on the character traits that make up SOAR: Respectful, Responsible, Safe, and Caring. Our students also learn about the importance of having a Growth Mindset when faced with opportunities and challenges. These traits will lead our students to current and future success in all areas of their lives. Through our active PTA, school committees, ASB-TV, and student ambassadors, Asbury is invested in building a community of lifelong learners.
